How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship within 2 - 3 business days from our headquarters in Washington, D.C. Monogrammed orders typically ship within 4 - 5 business days. If you purchased a backordered item, your entire order will ship at the time the backordered item is available. Please contact us for rush orders or questions about shipping times.

I’m in the D.C. area - can I pick-up my order locally?

Yes! At checkout, select local pick-up. Our office is located in Northeast D.C. in Ivy City off of New York Avenue (5 minutes from Union Market). When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with pick-up instructions. Orders are generally ready within 1 - 2 business days and 3 - 4 business days for monogrammed orders.

How can I check my order status?

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by shipping confirmation that has tracking information, and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. We are working to lower our international shipping rates. For now, all international orders ship via UPS or DHL.

What can I add a monogram to?

Please visit our monogram section to see which products we can personalize. We offer two fonts and you may select up to three letters, uppercase only. No numbers or symbols.

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of unused and unopened product within 14 days of purchase. Custom/monogrammed products are not available for refund and are final sale. Please contact us at hello@appntd.com to coordinate a return and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount due back.

Do you offer corporate or custom products?

Yes, we are happy to add your logo to our notebooks. They make wonderful client or staff gifts. For more information about ordering custom notebooks, see our corporate and customs page.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly American-made. We pride ourselves in supporting American companies and small businesses who support our commitment to beautiful and high-quality products. Many of our paper products are made locally in the Washington, D.C. area.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we are excited to offer our products for wholesale purchase. To apply to be a retailer and to receive information, please email wholesale@appntd.com.

We receive new products on a consistent basis, so please get in touch at hello@appntd.com and we can give you an estimated time until the product will be available.
