If you purchased a backordered item, your entire order will ship at the time the backordered item is available. Please contact us for rush orders or questions about shipping times.
Yes! At checkout, select local pick-up. Our office is located in Northeast D.C. in Ivy City off of New York Avenue (5 minutes from Union Market). When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with pick-up instructions. Orders are generally ready within 1 - 2 business days and 3 - 4 business days for monogrammed orders.
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by shipping confirmation that has tracking information, and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.
Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. We are working to lower our international shipping rates. For now, all international orders ship via UPS or DHL.
Please visit our monogram section to see which products we can personalize. We offer two fonts and you may select up to three letters, uppercase only. No numbers or symbols.
We accept the return of unused and unopened product within 14 days of purchase. Custom/monogrammed products are not available for refund and are final sale. Please contact us at email@example.com to coordinate a return and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount due back.
